Compare washer dimensions without losing the door and hose space
A 590mm-deep washer can extend to 1073mm with its door open. Separate cabinet, package and operating dimensions in your space check.

Record the condition attached to each dimension
Bosch's Australian WGA244U0AU page lists a cabinet depth of 590 mm and a depth of 1073 mm with the door open to 90 degrees. These are not competing measurements of the same condition. One describes the closed product; the other includes the open door. If a shortlist stores only depth, the distinction can disappear just when it matters. The real front-loader photograph makes the protruding open door visible, although it shows a different LG model and provides no dimensions for the Bosch example.

Keep packaged size out of the cabinet column
The same official page gives cabinet dimensions of 848 mm high, 598 mm wide and 590 mm deep, while the packed product is 890 mm high, 675 mm wide and 710 mm deep. A delivery discussion and a final-position check may therefore require different records. Do not substitute one set for the other or assume that packaging can be removed at any point along the route. Confirm the delivery service's actual conditions instead of inventing a removal procedure to make a difficult route appear workable.
Compare a fictional aisle under both conditions
Suppose a preliminary sketch shows 1000 mm of available depth from the chosen reference point. Against the closed cabinet's 590 mm, the arithmetic difference is 410 mm. Against the documented 1073 mm open-door depth, it is negative 73 mm. This example does not specify an acceptable working aisle or determine a safe installation. It simply demonstrates that a positive closed-door comparison can conceal an open-door conflict. Use consistent reference points when measuring, because mixing a wall measurement with a cabinet-front measurement creates another false match.
A different loading arrangement needs different access
The top-loader photograph shows a lid opening upwards, unlike the sideways movement of a front-loader door. That difference matters when examining an overhead bench or shelf, but the photograph is not a dimensional drawing and the pictured machine is not the documented model. Ask about the access arrangement of each exact candidate. Do not assume that spare floor depth solves a lid-height issue, or that a front loader can be assessed only by the width of its circular opening.

Leave service space and connections unresolved until documented
A cabinet-size table does not answer every question about hoses, connections, levelling, floor suitability or service access. Use the applicable installation instructions and qualified assistance where required. The drum close-up is useful for recognising the interior component, but it cannot establish an installation clearance or justify dismantling the appliance. Keep missing requirements as unanswered items. Entering a guessed zero clearance into a calculator makes the result look precise while removing the very constraint that needs confirmation.

Make three checks instead of one fits verdict
Separate the delivery package, the installed cabinet and the operating access condition in your notes. For this model, preserve the manufacturer's three dimension records rather than compressing them into one depth. Bosch marks WGA244U0AU no longer available, so use it as a worked documentation example and repeat the process for an actual current candidate. The space-envelope tool can compare documented required dimensions with your available dimensions, but its positive output only describes the numbers entered. It does not approve a route, connection or installation.
